In preparation for the visit of President Bola Tinubu to Akwa Ibom State in September, the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, on Sunday led some members of the Akwa Ibom State Executive Council, Project Team and Project Handlers on an extensive inspection tour of ongoing projects across the state billed for commissioning next month by President Bola Tinubu to mark the 39th anniversary of the state.
The inspection was in line with Governor Umo Eno’s drice to have to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and value for money on all projects executed by his administration.
Projects inspected included the new Terminal Building at the Victor Attah International Airport and the Airport Clinic, which has been built and fully equipped to provide prompt healthcare services to airport users, staff, and adjoining communities.
